Privacy policy
Version 12 Sept 2026 — applies to tridion-systems.com. This site is a marketing and demo-request site with no checkout flow; data processed inside the licensed platform itself is covered by the privacy terms agreed with each licensee. The German version at tridion-systems.com/datenschutz is legally authoritative.

2. Visiting the website
Our hosting provider technically processes IP address, timestamp, page requested, data volume transferred, browser/OS identifier and referrer for delivery, security and error analysis (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Server logs are deleted after 30 days at the latest. Hosting: Netlify, Inc., 512 2nd Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA, processing on our behalf under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and, where listed, the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
3. Cookies
This site sets no cookies and no comparable technologies requiring consent under § 25 TDDDG; no cookie banner is shown.
4. Contact and demo requests
If you contact us by email or via the demo-request form, we process the details you provide to handle your request (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). Our email runs on Google Workspace (Google Ireland Limited, Dublin, Ireland) under Standard Contractual Clauses. We delete requests once resolved unless a retention obligation applies.
5. No newsletter, no marketing
We send no newsletter and do not use contact details from inquiries for marketing purposes.
6. Recipients and international transfers
Recipients are the processors named in sections 2 and 4. Transfers outside the EU occur only with Netlify and Google Workspace, under Standard Contractual Clauses and, where listed, the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). 8. No automated decision-making
This website does not use automated decision-making within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR, and no profiling takes place.
9. Changes
This notice is versioned and updated whenever services, purposes or legal bases change.
